{Student Work} Victor Silva

This project was completed by Victor Silva for the Frame By Frame brief in Class 1 : Intro to Design & Animation. We asked students to focus on spacing and timing. They were to complete a short animation (under 5 seconds) and display an in depth knowledge of animation principles.

Victor pitched a really fun concept, based on the old Sonic games. He designed it into a loop.

Check out his project below.
The blue ball (sonic) falls from the cliff, gains speed and enters the loop. Then it falls from another cliff until it smashes the red spring, jumping to the next red spring. He now flies through a blank canvas and falls back at the top of the loop, bouncing a couple of times.
